On my 95 GS when I am driving around anytime all the sudden the RPM's Start to drop then bounce back up and keep bouncing around, the car starts to kinda shake when the rpms are bouncing around. It happens some time when I am sitting parked too. What is it?

you mean like an idle surge?

No when I am driving it driops rpms then they go back up and it jumps back and forth.
