Hello,
I have a few problems that maybe someone could help me out with.
1) When I'm driving the truck "stutters", especially under load. I have replaced the plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and O2 Sensors.
2) I can put my rear window down and up using the switch at or the key, but if I open my tailgate and close it, my window won't go back up for 15-20 minutes or so, then it will mysteriously start working again.
The Bronco is a 1996 with a 351.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Joel

Try changing the fuel filter. Be sure to ask for the tool to remove the fuel line and relieve fuel pressure.
Try pushing on the tailgate, left side, while turning the key. If it goes up, then the door switch is not engaging properly. Dont know how to solve it, though, if it is this problem!
Not sure if this will solve your problems, but maybe a start, Rich.

Thank you! I replaced the fuel filter and it's like a new truck. I have full power and no "stutter"
As far as the tailgate goes, maybe it's something the after-market window replacement co. did after my the window shattered a few years ago...

i had the same problem with my 95, take the tailgate panel off and try to clean the electrical contacts inside the gate and clean and relube the catch at the end of the gate. worked like a charm for me.
