what exactly are u lookin for? regular cab, extended cab, LB,SB, 2x4, 4x4.... their are a bunch of different options that can determine how much u spend. I got my truck from an aut auction for 12K. It had 59K on it and whoever had it before me dident use it as a truck if u know what i mean. If u search around the right places u can get a sweet deal.

I searched all over dallas before going to autotrader.com and within a few weeks found the exact truck I wanted. Note: sometimes dealerships will offer a internet sales price on autotrader but when you go down there no one has any idea of what you are talking about so you might want to print the ad when you go down there.

i've only had my truck a week and i've already fallen victim to the crappy fuel sending units on these trucks. I've also had a service 4x4 light come one and i was told that it's probably a sensor or something going bad since the 4x4 works just fine.

Jake i recomend you go check the Ford f150 forum and you will notice virtually no problems like these GM's have if they do ford has recalled them and fixed it no charge. no matter the milage . Both dodge and GM have completly trashed there quality control and engineering and i for one would not and could not recommend these new 1999 -2005 trucks. You seem to be the kind of guy that keeps your truck way past warrenty and these trucks just wont last..good luck JJ

i agree 100% i have both 04 ford taurus and 04 silverado, 0 problem with
the ford 100% problems with the ford dealers and with ford customer
service. other the the uncomfortable seats in the truck and the recall
i have had no problems, and g.m. customer service compaired to ford is GREAT.
