Just out of curiosity, why would you want to to "Turn it off"? Adjust it up, maybe, but off?

ok i don't not necessarily want to "turn it off," but I hate how when I rev my engine in neutral it stops at 4500 rpm's and sounds kinda cheap. I have an SLP loudmouth exhaust on it and the limiter pisses me off.

Hmmmmmm......The rev limiter is adjusted upward on the Intense and DHP PCM's but I'm not sure that adjustment applies to the circumstances you're talking about.
I was always taught that you shouldn't rev an engine excessively when not under a load. Sorry, that's the dad in me talking.
