Headlight/AC Heater Blower Problems

I need help finding the problem for my headlights I must have a short in them or somethin. When headlights knob is faceing the off position and I turn on the a/c or heater blower the all time running lights shut off if I have the blower on powers 1,2,3,4. but if I have it on 5 it the lights flick on and off

You are having a problem with the Ignition switch harness,and it sounds like its time to change it out.Check out this thread,
