Exhaust & Intake Questions-Help!

Here we go! Which intake is better for an auto? CAI or Pop? I I want to keep low end grunt but I also want the top end. I know there is a sacrifice of low end w/the Pop but how significant on an auto? Also, I need advice on a good muffler if i want to do a custom b-pipe set up. I'm thinking about a APEXi N1.
