windows help

hi
when i bought my 95 grand am se Q4 the back windows didnt work i thought it might be something other then the motors

since both back windows go up very slow and some times wont move at all with out help

but both going on the car in the rear is that a little wierd

Make sure the tracks are well lubricated. You may have gotten some water in both doors and if they were not used a lot the tracks could be rusty. You will need to disassemble the door to do this but it should help.
