CD Reciever problem

for some reason, just this past week, the graphics dont show up or barely do. and the right side is all fuzzy and scrambled when they do, but the left side looks normal. if you push the faceplate in lightly, it works (with the ride side scrambled), so i thought maybe it was the connections. cleaned them up...nothing. any thoughts? i was also told my car has a weak stock amp (almost a year ago, caused some static at high volume/bass, but that went away after awhile), could that be the problem?

the buttons still work, the music still plays, and the reciever still folds up or detaches like normal. its just the graphics that normally play...dont.

edit: keep in mind that while i know a bit about cars, i know 0 about car audio. :)

Sounds like there might be a problem in your headunit like a short or something. If it is just the faces, those can be had pretty cheap on ebay, so you might want to try a swap there... umm I don't know what it is to be honest.
