rs and gs have the same 420a engine. gst and gsx have 4g63.

damm 300 all motor? well i dont know nearly enough to make my motor dot hat.. but im guessing it would involve everything. complete buildup fromt he bottom up. prolly bored out to a 2.3 or higher. everything balance, blueprinted, ported, i mean shit you would have to make that b flow near perfect wouldnt ya? i dunno does anyone have a dynosheet for a n/a 420a going that high? would there be any torque at all to go with that i wonder? im sure it would cost a arm, a leg, and a few other apendages... peace

...you are NOT going to get 300hp out of the 420a going all motor. I think bclipse was being sarcastic, or at least I hope he was.

You can get 300hp out of them but the only way is if it was a stroker engine. There would be alot of tunning and money involved though.

the original question was not how much he can get going all motor it was how much he could get period...... so what about a 99 gs with forced induction, not just reboring and porting and polishing and all that?

EclipseRST may have one of the fastest/most powerful RS', and he has about 350whp I believe. He is running a turbo that is still pretty big for the turbo cars.

All motor as in fully built Heads/Block/Ported Intake mani... so Whats the most HP out of an all tuned motor + going .60 over on the pistons? Any know know? 200hp?..?

i believe hahns RST is now running 10s but i may be wrong... thats a hell of a motor to run 10s but there is a lot of $$$ involved, like joe said, i dynoed my car at 353whp on race gas before i got nitrous. i am now running 100 shot direct port just for the hell of it :biggrin: so that should give you an idea you could have on an affordable rate... if you got money, you could have even more!
