Door won't even manually lock!

My locks are NOT making any weird buzzing sound or locking and unlocking randomly.
My rear passanger side door of my 2000 durango will not lock with the remote, the power lock or by manually pushing on it. It won't budge when manually trying to lock it. I need to get this door locked ASAP. Any ideas?
