88 No Fuel

My son's 88 Bird is refusing to start. To make a long story short we arc'ed an uncovered 2 prong connector?? that was laying up by the A/C while changing a waterpump. We had to replace the ignition relay to get spark. Now that we have spark, the injectors appear not to be working (pump in tank runs when key is truned on). Can any one guess what may be wrong? Is there a fuel relay?
