MX-5 at Skidfest

Hey, just thought id tell y'all about summat i saw on sunday.
I went to Skidfest (i live in New Zealand) and there was this kitted out white MX-5. it looked pretty gay, and tried to linelock to spin the tires. the whole crowd went "BOOO" so then the dude floored it and it turned out it had a fully tuned, Quest4 installed Lexus V8 in the front-it was INSANE. it was probably the best car there, it ripped up. anyway, i found the guy at the end and talked to him. Hes more nutty than i thought-he plans to SUPERCHARGE the bloody thing, then perhaps sell it.
Anyway, i thought that was the best MX-5 ever. anyone else got stories?
