First off, Ebay has the function called "Ask Seller a Question." You should do so. Plus if you are buying the 1$ ones and you get ripped, OH NO, your out a whopping 1$. Which means you payed 1$ to leave them bad feedback.
The PIAA are very high quality and are some of the best investments in lighting aside from RAYBRIG.
My advice, get the expensive ones, because you always get what you pay for.

None of these are true Xenon lights. They are all 'Xenon-like' halogen lights that emit white light instead of yellow light. They blow.
Real HID Xenon headlights, like the type you see on the newer Audis and Caddies, will cost you a couple hundred bucks. They energize a gas inside their bulbs to light it up rather than lighting up a filament. You can pick up true HID Xenons here:

i purchased a set of 7500k hid lights for $250. so bright...lights up the night. the fake ones...you cannot see a thing in front of you. i have tried a lot of them before. they suck especially in the rain.
