Pop Charger Generic?

Hi is this a generic pop charger? http://www.procarparts.com/store/displaydetails.cfm?pid=NISS-adp
I wonder is it ok if i get this filter instead of the stillen. I don't want to spend to much money if they are the same? Are they? And is it easy to install and how long does the filter last? Can i reuse it like the stillen or no? How much would just the filter cost? DO i need to oil it? Help cux planning to buy this one? Cux i want to hear noises and 3k rev and some power. Please i'am only 17 and wishes to save money....

okay okay........so u come along anda started to decide to mod ur max..
....humm...the best brand of filter is ofcourse K&N..!...but expensive....
.....just get n e kind of filter....except the kind of filter that has spiral pattern filter webs...cuz on our car, there's a air sensor inside the intake
.....and there's a steel net that tries to make the air stable....if u use the spiral ones u`ll just end up with more drag.....well, it takes me now about 5 mins to install or take out the stock intakes.....before i spent about an hour....my filter is now...humm,,,i forgot...but only $45 canadian.....i dont think they could be re-oiled....<cuz they're cheap<
they can hold up quite long.....1 year?,,,2 years?...;)
