1986 accord headlights will not work

1986 accord headlights will not work. Lights will flip up, all other lights work. Fuses checked ok and new head lights installed. No power to them at all!!

pull the headlight bulb out and check further into the wires, as where the holder is tends to cut into the loom if you pull appart the split loom back 12" or so you will see your problem
