Well its sounds like either (A) your getting way too much fuel and fowling out, this could be caused by things like a bad temp sensor telling it that its too cold, O2 sensor telling it that its not running rich when it is, or the injectors squirting at the wrong time. (B) Your spark isn’t hot enough, The coils or what ever the ignition system has isn’t giving you enough power to the plugs, the plugs are oil fowled, your engine ground is bad, or hope fully your piston rings aren’t letting that much oil past them to fowl them out. Basically your spark plugs are the key to what’s going on inside you engine, check them out

check the codes... what is causing the CEL to come on? how many miles has it been since the rebuild? was it broke in properly? need more info!

the motor is fresh only has about 20 miles and this problem started the minute i put the motor down in and started it before it ran fine well that is until it decided to blow apart but i think my plan is to put my talon back together but that has the bad tranny and i know the job it entails to change everything but i have been told the manual tranny will bolt up to the auto so i think its gonna be rip the boby kit off the eclipse and tires and wheels and start changing stuff out to put the talon back together just need reassurance they will bolt up as long as the manual tranny will bolt to the auto block im goin that route so can anyone answer that with uncertainty
thanx again guys

there is no auto/manual block... they are all the same! the only difference is the flywheel, torque converter. so thats the only thing you will have to change. the thing different on the top end of the motor is that the auto has smaller cams and a smaller turbo!

I get a serious headache trying to read a post with no punctuation. Its in the rules. Help us help you!

Julio made some great suggestions, and like Jake says, pull the DTC/CEL code.
