Transmission Removal Help!!

91 Cherokee 4.0L 4x4
Can anyone suggest why I can't seem to get the transmission to come off the engine?
Many have asked if I've removed all the bolts; I have 9 bolts in hand and 2x10mm left on the top side that I'm told are obsolete and can't possibly be holding the whole unit together.

Did you remove the Torqe Converter Bolts that are connected to the Fly -wheel.
