newb stang questions

sup guys, my freind just bought an atlantic blue 98 mustang GT 5speed and i had a couple questions about it since he knows nothing about it. First off what type of differental's do they have? How much HP and TQ do the 98's put out and why do the newer ones have more power? I know the head designs were diffrent but is that it? he wants to know if the heads are directly swapable. and last....how do you think he would do agianst my 380HP Twin Turbo All wheel drive mitsubishi 3000GT VR4? :) :) :)

The power increase is from the PI head swap(intake too). You can get a PI conversion for about $1200-1500.

It has an LSD diff called Trac-Loc
