hey... my friend wants me to replace the fuel filter on her 1997 Accord LX. Does anyone know where exactly its located on her car? I've replaced them before, but only on general motors cars.
any info is appreciated, thanks.

It's on the drivers side fire wall, it has 2 fuel lines connected to it 1 line is at the bottom of the filter and the 2 one is at the top. The top one you can trace up to the fuel rail that sits in back of the value cover. I had to use a crows foot to get I think the bottom line off after that it's not to bad. Hope this help..........1

I've never changed it, but I believe it's under pressure (and mabe needs some special step after installing??)
Get a manual and check before starting.

It is under pressure so the engine needs to be dead cold before you bleed the pressure off at the filter. Fires can ruin your whole day.
