whats chopping all about

hi, i know you ppl are like computer smart so i was wondering what do you all actually use in photoshop to chop a car, how do u all remove parts, add parts and change colors, rims and etc... is it hard to learn cus im really interested in learning how to do it... i want to chop my 2000 accord.... hehe help me out plss......
