Do you mean street racing or do you mean tracks? if you mean tracks the only track listed in National Dragster is one in Douglas, Wyoming it's called Douglas Int'l Raceway. I have no clue how close to your school it would be or the place your moving. I hope this is helpful. :)

I love racin at tracks, but can't always afford it, mainly the street scene is what I'd like to know about, the school is Wyotech in Laramie, so not too far from University of Wyoming... I would think that there would be a HUGE scene out there, considering the University of Wyoming, and Wyotech in the same town... but it may just be e wishing too much.

i think theres street racing pretty much everywhere people have cars, just gotta find the right people. but college towns i think are particularly prone to it, what with all those expensive cars daddy bought them! :hehe:

The street racing there sucks, mainly because it is a small town. But there are no fast cars there on account of the altitude. U should have signed up to go to a better school, like Universal Technical institute, i went to the one in houston and the street racing there kicks ass! all night thurs-sun and sometimes tuesdays.

well, I looked at UTI and didn't see the customizing classes like Wyotech, and UTI took twice the amount of time as Wyotech, along with the hiring rates were higher at Wyotech.
but like I said... from what I could find, I got one of the reps from Wyotech to come out and there are 4 guys from right here goin out there together.
if UTI had all that stuff they didn't have it where I could find it unfortunatly.... because I want the best of the best for my education.

well i've got to say that i have been to that campus before and there really is nothing there other than western rednecks alot of jacked up thinks weather it be a truck of a sububan, Laramie has it all. As far as you finding our poeple out there, its going to be tough the only place I would say that they'd be would be around your school. And one other thing people there are really really weird, if you dont believe me go up to a town called Centenial (pop 64) have a drink at there only bar and like 50 of them come to have a look at you.

:uhoh: my son is going to wyojoke now he has been repremanded several times for loud pipes and has been kicked out of tech housing because they found a dp bottle in his trash can during prison style room checks.any time they want day or nite wether you are their or not and you have to prove yourself innicence. the cops do not allow any racing or hot rodding whatsoever they are just as strict .i have been a mechanic for 25 years and i taught my son more than they will ever. it is a peice of paper that you get is all that counts and all they want is your money. they get it all and then a lot more. if any thing is missing they charge the whole class. if somthing is broke in your app. they charge all who live there parts and labor.
