Car Not Low Enough

I got a 94 civic with coilovers on it and after the camber kit was installed I thiought I had it at the right height but when it came out of the alignment shop the body was lifted up like a half inch all the way around and I wanted it right on top the wheel.My question is is it safe to lower it more without messing up the cmaber and alignment?

Whenever you change the height of the car your camber and toe will change.

yea I kinda figured that.. Well the solution I came up with is let the springs settle and it will be better or get bigger rims..
