Contour Stalling

My contour keep stalling when it gets hot. Seems to stall the worst when going from high RPM's to nothing at intersections. Just changed out the Alternator. Any Ideas????

Things to check for:
-If you have an aftermarket intake, turbulent air could be causing stalling problems.
-IAC valve (check contour.org for the throttle hang fix)
-vacuum leak
