99 tahoe ball joint

whats up everybody. new to the forum! i have a99 4-door tahoe lt with only 60,000 on it and the drivers side ball joint grease boot is torn. i was wondering if anyone has any advice on how to go about changing it myself. i have the new joint and the press fit puller but i am not to sure how to drop out the steering arm without disassembing the 4-wheel drive shafts. any help? thanks in advance.

Try searching the ball jount R&R on the C&K site. I think the trucks are the same, someone must have answered this befor. I hope this idea helps you. Dave
