98 Power Window Connection

My dirverside window is stuck down. The motor is working when I hit the switch, butthe window doesn't move. I took the door panel off and was able to push the window up. But I can't see how the motor drives the window or how the motor connects to the window carriage.

Any suggestions?

the motor moves the window with a weird flexible worm gear...i dunno how they break but it sounds like you need a new one. BTW they are not easy to take out and much harder to put back in. good luck!
