van 302 going into a 3.8 mustang

I have a 85 mustang with a dead 3.8L v6 and I also have an 84 van with a 302 in it. Will the 302 bolt up to the v6 trans and are the motor mounts in the same place for both motors? Also if anyone knows of any other issues right off the bat just let me know.
