'94 cutlass Rag top relay location

Ok, I posted a request for info on why my top & windows won't work and got a rreply saying that the problem was probably the relay. That's great and when I think about the problems it makes sense. I went to the supply store & bought a new relay but now I can't find where to put it. Whoever designed the on these cars needs to be hung and then shot. I have one box under the hood on the left side with two relays, another on the lright side UNDER a support beam that has to be removed to access it, but none match the relay I bought. I found another fuse box under the glove box but no relays. Where else could they have put it? Also, does anyone know how to bypass the motor and manually raise & lower the top? Thanks guys, I appreciate any help. It's beautiful weather here in Atlanta and I'd love to actually use this thing!
