Brake master cylinder?

When I'm at a stoplight, and I have the brakes on, the pedal slowly goes to the floor. Also when I'm braking and i start getting slower, I start hearing clicking coming from one of the brake, not sure if it's the front or back...

if your pedal drops to the floor, you probably need to bleed your brakes. As for the clicking, you might wanna pulll off your drums and see if a spring or something is hooking on a shoe. It might be your brake wear sensor, but that should make a screeching sound, not a clicking.

petal to the floor- check your brake fluid first. Then the wheel cylinders and calipers for leaks, and check for leaks in the line. If all of those check out it could be your booster or your master cylinder.
I'v never heard brakes click before, you sure its not a cv joint?

it's not a cv joint, i've been through plenty of those experiences i can feel it tug whenever it clicks...it sounds like it is in one of my rear drums.

The booster is that large black can behind the master cylinder.
To check the booster check:

But I think your master cylinder is the problem.

:iagree: Theres two valves in the master cylinder. The primary and the secondary. One of them may be letting fluid by which will gradually make your pedal go to the floor. Air in the lines causes more of a spongy feeling. As for the clicking, take your drums off, and see if theres any broken parts. also check both of the wheel cylinders to see if their seized or if either of them are leakng fluid.
