White Hatches

Saw a white 6th gen hatch today. What years did they offer the ek hatch in white?

All of them I think. That would be 96-00. I'm pretty sure. Although I could be wrong. Believe it or not, its happened before. :D

I think it only the 99-00 That came in white but i could be wrong too. :devil:

Well my 93 hatch is white... lol, doesn't really help your search for an answer about EK's though :finger4:

You're almost right - the 96-98 was available in white and the 2000 - but not the 99 for some gay reason.

Taffetta white is OK - but the black moldings on it are GAY

thats what i thought, i wanted one but i couldn't afford a 2k, i had a friend that bought one

I can't say that I've ever seen a white 96-98...I also thought they only came in 00...I would rather have the 96 Midori Green hatch:D

You guys do realise that the car could have just been painted white... I mean people DO paint cars differant colors. Maybe if its "only available in 2000" maybe the person knew that and wanted to paint it white. Hey I would do it if I was looking to be differant. Thats where you actually win people over I think... you do the unobvious to those who dont know anything about cars, or the obvious to those that actually matter to impress. Like rear disc brake swaps, things of that nature... your average ricer enthusiast could sit there and look at it all day and not realize that its not stock :cool:

I'm not sure about the 96 and 97 Civics, but I know the 98-2000 hatches were avaliable in white.
Wanted one for years so I was always going to Honda's website and doing the "Build and Price your own". Until I got pissed off in 2000 when they discontinued the model line early.

Of the 1999-2000 series hatches only the 2000 was available in white.

As for the 96-98 i know at least one year came in white (i've seen stock hatches w/ the 96-98 front and tails driving around that are Taffeta white)

Yesterday, I saw my friends white hatch smoke an S2000. Of course he's got a GSR motor and a bunch of other crazy mods that he won't tell me about. Nice kill though!
