I posted before about me getting a cold air intake for my 94'... I got it, but there is a problem. The MAF sensor doesn't fit in it! When I tried modifying the MAFS, I broke it... So for the past week I've been driving w/out one. It works fine, no problems w/ the car running, but I would like to get one that fits in the intake. Does anyone know where I could buy a Mass Air Flow Sensor for a 94' Talon, that would fit in an aftermarket CAI?
Or if not, is it ok to drive w/out it for long? I've made a few long drives since I took it out, and there have been no problems. The check engine light stays on, but thats just because there is a missing link (since the cord isn't hooked up to anything). I could make it so the light goes off, but I dont want my car to blow up or anything.
Have any of you had this problem w/ a cold air intake in your cars?
What did you do to fix it?
Is there a cheap way to do it?
Thanks!

just get a stock size k&n filter to replace your stock filter. then use a silicone coupler to bolt the hard pipe to your stock mas. make sure you cut out the silencer. youll have to have the filter inside the box to hold it but you can cut out most of the box. i wouldnt thiough because it gets more hot air then cold IMO.
