Doesnt that mean the blinkers need maintenance or something if they blink fast.

hey po, hes not asking WHY his lights blink fast, but HOW to make them blink faster, because they DON'T already. Anyways, the relay is what controls the speed of the blinking, I just don't know how to make it faster.

My guess is that a blinker that's much faster (or slower) than normal would be illegal. The law (probably in evry state) defines the height, brightness, color, size (and, my guess is, rate of blink) of lights.

It's simple as replacing your stock turn signal relay to an aftermarket fast blink turn signal relay...seen it offered at eBay. Just be aware that they're illegal but it's all entirely up to you, it's your ride :evillol: .

DjHackStyle,
Just realized that your from my area...did you ever try Queens Blvd? Good concentration of speed stores in that area, from 69th down to Broadway. SpeedWorld for instance might be a good source or the one accross the street near McDonalds. If you're not in any rush, then eBay would be the least expensive option. Good luck!

yet most people dont think like me.......some people say use a bulb with lower wattage.......anyone know the specific bulb number i gotta use.....

p.s. im using hyperwhites for my turn signals so i'd like to keep my hyperwhites just want them to blink faster.....

Use LED bulbs. The use of LED bulbs without the proper resistors (which are almost never built into the bulbs) will cause them to blink faster...this is the same reason they blink faster if one is out (blown bulb = less resistance in the system) and of course you can buy them in hyperwhite

good idea but i already tried that, i bought some super white LED bulbs for my turn signals and they just blinked normally.......kind of a waste of money....
