Extra Part?

Hey guys I just got my bov it is a greddy type-s bov(95-99 Eclipse), after installing it i find there was an extra part (click for pic)http://www.angelfire.com/mn2/gees/ can some one tell me where it goes?? HELP!!!

how big is it? is your BOV working correctly? did you get the upper intercooler pipe with the bov or did you put it on the stock intercooler piping? i need more info

It looks like it goes on your dump tube to close it off. If you want to venting.

yes the car is completely stock. It still has its original piping. At what RPM does is the bov seem to work at? cause this one seem to work at 5-6 RPM.

it works when you close the throttle plate when there is pressure in the intake tubes :)
