I've been doing some reading about the JH situation but all I can find are two people who have been ripped off by him. The funny thing is one guy said that he is going to beat the crap out of him unless he carries out his contract with some guy :p And John posted saying he is going to sue the dude for terroristic threatening :D
Any one know any more info on whats going on?

Yeah, man I read all the info I could on it (both sides) and it seems to me that Hennessey has had many success storiesand a few bad ones. I think this was just a case where everything turned out bad for a customer. Often it just takes one bad order to kill your business. I don't know about all the HMS shutting down business stuff though or the validity of his (JH's) new home down payment. A lot of the story is debatable because there are some satisfied customers out there too, just in this case the guy he pissed off really really spread the word.
But JH really shouldn't have sold the hood or any other parts unless he was definately on schedule.
My 2 cents.

I'm not sure whats going on, but I don't see why a successful tuner would all of a sudden start ripping off his customers... Unless he got himself into financial trouble that we don't know about. I mean picture youself as a successful tuner, you are making good money doing what you love to do, why suddenly steal some people's cars, make off with their money and sell their car parts??
