95 Taurus (old body) Tune Up

Now that I have successfully completed my 95 Contour project I've got a chance to help out my brother with his 95 Taurus GL 3.0L AT.

Any tips for the following work or other things to consider for a standard tune up? The belt tensioner doesn't seem to be siezed so that is exciting.

- New alternator & drivebelt
- ATF Change (capacity & brand/type?)
- Coolant flush w/new thermostat
- New spark plugs (what brand?)

Thanks for the help as I am just a lowly VW driver who wants to help my ford driving brother.
