Turbo

I have a 94 Prelude Si with 119k miles on it. I was wondering if a turbo was the way to go or I should just spend my money on basic bolt-ons like exhaust, headers, intake, etc.

If you have gobs of money, then a turbo is the way to go.

Are Drag turbo systems good?

Generally, if you find a kit that includes a T3/T4 Hybrid turbo (ask them what trim the compressor wheel is at, and what kind of turbine clip is included), it should be good. Turbos come in many different types and flavors, and the hybrids are the most efficient turbo out there right now. And not all T3/T4's are the same.

Drag kits are fairly good starting ground for someone new to turbochargers.
