hey guys, ive recently heard more and more of preludes with custom 14b turbos off of the 1g dsms.so i thought it incredibly cheap and wanna go for it. im wondering if theres any chance of high wear or blown motor if i just ran the stock psi. any info or suggestions for this proj. would be helpful. thanks

The 7psi rule of thumb applies only to the T3/T4 hybrids, and a few of the larger Garrett T series. A 14B does not flow as efficiently as a hybrid, so the 7psi is not nearly as detrimental as it would be on a T3/T4.
DSM 4g63 compression ratio is around 7-8.0: 1, which is significantly lower than the H22A. As far as engine wear is concerned, a more imminent problem is the presence of engine knock, or detonation. If you don't get it, chances are you'd be alright.
I'm still skeptical on whether the 4g63 manifold will fit on the h22a.
