Interior Light

Has anyone had any drouble with the light timer that switches the lights off after a short period of time? My interior lights now stay off and don't come on when the door is opened. I seem to recall hearing a click under the steering column. It is not the dome override switch. Thanks.

Do they come on when you open ANY doors?

Chances are is that it is a door jam switch.

I have the same problem. I figured the dome override switch needs to be replaced because all the fuses are fine. In my car the interior light doesn't come on with any doors open. It will come on when you first unlock/lock the doors though.
