2000 Neon starts then stalls!!!

I don't know if anyone has this happen to their neon. It started today. Parked the car and shut it off. 5 minutes later, try to start it, but your can hear it start and then shut off immediately. If you hold the gas pedal half way and start it, it would start up and run normal, drives normal, idle normal. Until you shut off the car again, start it again, it would start and shut down unless you depress the gas pedal half way.

Anyone has any expert advise??? Please help!!!

Sounds like you might have a clogged fuel filter. How many miles does your car have? You might try some CEL diagnostics. Go to http://neons.org/howtos/
and go to engine diagnostics codes. This site has been pretty helpful. Maybe the diagnostics might point out something else.
