ALL Trac Trans Removal 88 Camry

Does anyone know how the 88 trans and bell housing somes off the engine. We have all the bolts out and can't get it to budge!! it is a fairly big hunk of steel as it includes the transfer case and driveshaft output.

Anyone have a manual?
