Logger/Tuner ?

Hey i have a quick question to the 2g tuners out there. Ok i think i did the tunning part kindd of wrong. I am tunning the Low Thr. points now. I am only looking at the STFT1 on the logger then adjusting the tuner at the desired RPM. But i think i am supposed to be adding them together or something. e.x.. at idle STFT1 = 0% and LTFT1 = 7% thats what the logger is reading now. Do i have to add 0%+7%=7% and then adjust the tunner more negative? How long does it take the LTFT1 to adjust right.

awh crap ( DOOH ) i was using the STFT1 at idle when i should have been using the LTFT1 ( DOOH ) someone slap me lol
