Emergency lighting installation

Im trying to find a good spot to drill a hole on a 2002 blazer 2 door with a roof rack for a police style lightbar mouted over the b pillar. Anyone know any good ideas? Or does anyone know if there is a hole under where the roof rack mounts to the roof?
