cat back or not??

i have a 2000 GT. is it better if i get a whole exhaust system or just a muffler. what are the benefits of each? ive heard you get the same hp gains. is this true? what do you guys suggest? im looking into magnaflow or greddy.

I would go with the greddy evo II it sounds awsome. dosen's have that ricey sound. Its a lot deeper sound and louder. Sounds better when you floor it. My brother had one on his gs and sounded the shit. im getting one on my Gt.

opps i didnt even know i double posted. i agree with 3g gt....i have the greddy evo II and i love the sound
