I am thinking about getting an eldelbrock power package(intake manifold, carb, cam and lifters) or (TBI intake, cam and lifters) but i am not sure if i want to switch to a carb or keep the TBI I got right now. I am just wondering which one will add more HP & Torque. I also heard that if i switch to a carb set up i will have to get a new fuel pump. Just wondering.

Yes, you will have to get a new fuel pump, a carb uses about 2-3 psi, werea TBI 30psi+. I would recommend staying with the TBI and just upgrade it, that way your computer will recognize everything and you won't get any aronious lights. TBI is more precise metering, and easier to set up. Computer does most of the work.

Thanks for the input gtmud. I was actually just looking at edelbrocks website and they have a multipoint fuel injection set up that uses TBI and fuel rail injection. Im thinking about getting that instead of switching everything over. The kit comes with everything to set it up so it will be a bit better. Except i will need a new fuel pump for this too, not a big deal though.
