Rattle noise with reving

My 95 makes a rattle noise whenever i rev the engine. Whether i am in gear or in neutral, the noise is very annoying. It doesnt do it all the time, but for the most part. I was wondering if it was a loose spark plug???

Exhaust rattle, accessory bracket? Or, deeper inside the engine? Have someone rev the engine while you try to localaize the area it comes from.

My car does a Buzz at around 3,000 RPM, I'm pretty sure its my exhause manifold's heat sheild. There's not much you can do to fix it.. but you could buy a new one, or fiberglass raps, for the header pipes

My car rattled while shifting out of first into second and from second to third and i located the problem as a heat shield right behind the engine towards the back. I took it off and it sounds great now. By the way it's a 96 GL 2.0L 8v
