if i put in a rear sway bar, do i need a lower rear strut tower brace?? also, will just the rear sway bar make a diiference in the handling and body roll or would it be better to put both the front and rear sways??

adding a rear sway bar or putting in a stiffer rear sway bar reduces understeer that is inherent in most FWD cars. You don't need any kind of strut brace to install one. If you put in a thicker front bar and a rear bar, then you will just be reducing roll and increasing stiffness, but not dialing out any of the understeer.

with the rear sway, should i also put a lower rear tie bar?? does it make a difference whether or not i have the front sway bar??

your car already has a front sway bar, I would not suggest upgrading to a thicker one unless you are experiencing oversteer though.
a lower rear tie bar may also help reducing understeer as well.

drdisque is correct, a larger front sway is going to be overkill. If you are a spirited driver the rear tie bar may be a good call.

Yes you should use a lower tie with an upraged rear sway to prevent frame twisting.
Keep the stock front sway and upgrade to poly bushings & shorter endlinks.

No they won't decrease the ride quality.
Yes they can be noisy if not lubed right. I spray mine every oil change.
