How can I tell if I have AWD on my 2000 Town & Country

I bought a used 2000 Town and Country from a NISSAN dealer last year and was told it had all wheel drive but I don't seem to see it written anywhere on the vehicle or inside the vehicle. The manual only says if so equiped will work automatically depending on the terrain. The other day I was on a slippery icey driveway and only the front wheels were spinning so it got me concerned. Does anyone know how I can tell?

Get under the car and see if there is any driveshaft going from front to rear , you'll know if its there otherwise the rear is basically a solid axle if its not AWD .

If it's AWD, you'll have and emblem on the Van stating "AWD"
It would be located under or next to the "Limited" or "LXi" emblem.Take a look at this link, scroll down to the pictures, and increase the picture on the tailgate. This is of a 2001, but you should have something similar.

Here's a link to a 2000 LXi AWD. Again scroll to the pictures and enlarge the tailgate.

I have a 97 and it is right smack dab in the middle of the rear gate.
