Coolant heater

I went and bought a lower radiator hose coolnat heater that plugs into an extension cord at autozone, and when I got it home to put it in, I guessed wrong on the size and its too big and the hose cant fit around it. does anyone know where else I could look for something to keep the engine warm overnight for the cold ass winters that will be coming.
