put a higher amp in it, like if u have a 20A in there put a 30A in it and u should be fine

Check to make sure you don't have a wire in that circuit pattern (wires leading to that bulb) shorting out somewhere.

If you did an aftermarket stereo, there is a wire in there that runs through that circut. Make sure all of your wires are hooked up right, and that theres not any bare wires laying up against metal.

Thats about the worst thing ou can do. Like everyone else said, check for a short circuit in there somewhere.

by far i almost died when i read that, never over amp a circuit. i agree highly that a wire from your deck is touching the metal frame back there, cuz when i installed my first deck i kept blowing that fuse too, until i saw the wire.

I think the only time you can get away with over-amping a fuse link is if you remove the relay part of the circuitry. I have my fan motor run straight off the ignition with no relay with a 20 amp fuse and works like a charm...

Anyway, I bet you got a bare wire touching metal somewhere.

Yeah, check your radio/cd player wires and make sure they aren't touching the metal bracket. I blew mine when I was changing bulbs in my climate controls right out from of Advance Auto Parts. Good thing I was there.

yeah its fine till your car catches on fire, and dont say it cant happen because I'v seen it happen. Theres a almost brand new eclipse spider in the junk yard that it happend to.

it almost happened to my car too, the old owner put a 50a in the radio fuse, and after my first deck install, i noticed smoke and electrical wires burning under my dash.
