2000 Ford Expedition burns house down

Our 2000 Ford Expedition caught fire and burned our home down, nearly taking the life of our son. 1999 and 2000 models are burning on a regular basis. Got an Expedition - GET RID OF IT!

I'm sorry I'm so slow to respond, the toils of building a new house and replacing everything we lost in our fire is overwhelming. Electrical problems seem to be what are causing most fires in Expeditions. I had a
recall on mine for the windshield wipers, which I had fixed. My rear wipers and cruise control had recently gone out, too. All I know is the state fire marshall investigated our fire and said it was the Ford that caught fire, it even melted the hood. The vehicle completely was gutted out. Two weeks after our fire, another Expedition (2000) caught fire in a garage here. Another about a month ago. My advice? Get rid of yours! Please don't park it in your garage. I won't even park next to
one on a parking lot.

my mom ownes a one thats 2000 low millage and has only been driven mostly local very rarely on freeway should i worry about soemthing??? like the back windshild wipers dont work to good they still work but not all that well the cruse control and alomst all the elsctronice dont get used to much but my bro notices that the locks have a lil problems someitmes on one of the doors?? plz let me know if i should move her car on the road like we live in utah so snow will cause a problem plz let me know asap thanks
