fuel filter problems

I am going to replace the fuel filter ,dose anyone have any tricks or tips?
and i tryed to get the bolt on the top that releases the fuel line, but it wont budge, i dont want to break the line either, help?!?

usually is very tighten, just take care cause that bolt is like empty inside and is very easy to brake it. and th same when you are tighten it

By far the best way to remove the top bolt is an impact gun. Zips it right off and you dont have to worry about the filter turning in the housing ;) he lower one is usually the worst. You have to put a line wrench on the fitting (14mm) so you dont strip it, and a regular wrnech (19mm) on the part of the filter body meant for this. Set it up in such a way that you can put a pry bar between the two to pop it free, or jam the 19mm against the firewall so you can put some ass into that line wrench. Its a bitch, stick with it and you'll get it.

Spray shitloads of pbblaster or wd40 on the bolts the night before. It will help a lot.
